Bink Wylder wanders in quietly, holding onto Deo's hand and squeezing it as he walks forward. She was more his support and guide than he could ever be. Bink couldn't lead himself out of a corner. He didn't want to burden either boys or have them take control of his conversations either, so instead of asking Remi or Jehan to lead him, he found Deoridhe.

Deoridhe Quandry brushes her shoulder lightly against Bink's as they walk, for both moral support and out of the glee of having someone she /can/ do that with right now. She's unusually somber for her, though, her expression not as flighty and her movements not as scattered. She says softly, "Si... um... Ard Rhi, excuse me... us. Do you have a moment?" as the pair reaches the waterfall.

The bana'Shee meditated and lounged in the quiet of the SIthen. The water glowed and created a false sense of light to the caverns yet he didn't mind it. Deep down, he knew its true birthings in the dark. That was pleasing. His chin lifted as Deo spoke and his neck popped and hissed upon its joints as he turned to stare them both down blankly. "What is it?"

Bink stiffens, his ears lowering with his chin to the voice. his hand squeezed tighter about Deo's hand as he felt the lump in his throat harden. it was a bad idea coming here, but he had to. He knew he did. "...i... i wanted... to ask you, Shee... about the bind you placed on Remi and Jehan."

Deo clasps her second hand over Bink's, the entire side of her body against his. She doesn't say anything, though, just stands are moral support and comfort.

'Shee arches an eyebrow and grins softly, " aah yes... that." his coolness chilled the very air they breathed. "What is it you care to know, Seer?"

Bink nibbled on his lip, thinking the words over in his head. He wasn't sure which to say first. "What does it do... to them? What is it exactly?"

Deoshivered a little, involuntarily, as the temperature lowered. She kept her chin up, though, facing Shee, eyes apparently on him but unfocused, as if her attention was actually somewhere her eyes were not

'Shee grins darkly as he settled back into his perch, "It was a blood binding spell. One that binds the soul of a fae to one without the blood of a fae to it. Such a spell would never work if the other was born of fae. Everything you have with Jehan.. the feeling of each other's energies.. life... the sharing of pains and joys... is that wretched vampire and Jehan now share. It is just more physical than your bond is."

Bink squeezes Deo's hand more," oh.." he murmured the response as he slipped nearer to the hovering fae. He leaned on her, took in her warmth as a blessing. "You don't like vampires. And you certainly don't like Remiel, 'Shee. Why did you do it?" his body quivered as he asked. He was afraid to ask. Afraid of the Ard Rhi of what he's say or do

Deo strokes Bink gently, soothingly, as he leans on her. She squeezes his hand, not as tightly as he had squeezed her but enough to be felt.

'Shee cocked his head to the left. His face, vacant and doll like stared without blinking for a good long while. The water around him whispered the cavern hummed and even the flower he sat upon spoke, but he was frozen as ice. When he finally chose to speak, his lips remain still but his voice echoed clearly. "I bound the vampire to Jehan because Jehan needed it to stay sane. Had I the choice, I'd have killed the vampiric leech, but unforenately I cannot do so."

"But.. why?" Bink's body trembled in his own assertiveness. His voice trembled. "...jehan chose me. Not you.. not the fae. why did you do this for him?"

Deo tilts her head a little, thoughtfully, then lays that head on Bink's shoulder. She could feel his trembling and gave him back steadiness in response.

'Shee looked up Deo curiously. His irisless eyes glowed as they studied her every last movement. "Do you know... how I met Sparky?"

Bink took comfort in Deo's embrace and gave her a weak smile. ".. huh..?" he twitched to Shee's response and turned his face towards Shee's voice. "What does that have to do with anything?"

Deo flinches a little under Shee's gaze, slinking back a little until she remembers /she's/ supposed to be the support. That means... she has to stay strong. She tries to return Shee's gaze with courage, but fear creeps into her expression despite her best of intentions.

'Shee's wings glowed in response to Deo's reactions though he spoke on towards Bink. The Seer couldn't see he wasn't looking at him anyway. "Everything." He drew in his breath, his gaze turning from them both. His whole body in fact turned from them. He stared off into the waterfalls of the Sithen and into the whispers of falling water, spoke, "When i first came to this land it like any other time in its history was chaos filled. There still remained a solid Queen, imprisoned within the walls of the Keep. I glimpsed her form once before she was stolen from the life of the land. Yet it still lives on after her... Just before the keep opened its arms to me, I met a harpy that gave me the choice of death or mating. Reluctantly, I chose the later, though even in doing so I sustained a few wounds from the experience. Once free of hr desires, and past one burdensome human bandit, I stumbled, bleeding and miserable to an area of lava, to be alone, to slowly heal and wait for Nau'uss. Instead I met a man bathing in the lavas. One that knew me by my looks and practically gushed over at the sight of me. I was weak and angry and I fought to strike him down, but wound up only fading into unconsciousness. I awoke in a cave with on lusting, obsessive half breed that called me by my true name, a name he got from my fevered ramblings. What that all means... is I never chose Sparky to be in my life. He forced his way their, thieving it out of me from ways others would consider being petty. THAT is why his near death by smart mouthing got him bound to Nau'uss. He tried to call me by my sacred true name to save him. He dared to use the bana'Shee." He snorted softly, "It is because of that key he holds over me that I look after him. That and because of him, you are here in the Sithen."

Bink stiffened as he listened to all of that. Jehan wouldn't so openly use and manipulate others. He couldn't. "I thought Unseelie couldn't lie...."

Deo catches her breath several tims throughout Shee's story, so caught up in it that she forgets fear and concern both in wonder and apprehension for him. It is only when Bink speaks that the spell is broken and she returns to the present, picking up her concern for him with joy, her fear with the beginnings of anger.

'Shee looked over his shoulder and snarled at the Seer, "You do naut even know what a lie is, would be Seelie!" He spat, his wings rattling defensively. "Unseelie do Naut lie. WE speak the truth as we whole heartedly believe it. IF an Unseelie grows up being told the color blue was truly red and then were to say, "The Sky is red, not blue." They would not be lying. For them, the truth IS the sky is red." He slipped from his flower perch, stepping into the waters of the pool and waded through it to near them both, leisurely stalking them. "When I met Jehan, all he wanted was to find the song to destroy the World. He was obsessed with the stories of the bana'Shee because my legends are dark and speak greatly of death and destruction. Something he has always wanted. He wanted to have me to use all that i was so he could be me and use the power of me to destroy the world. He hated it that much. By forcing him to be Nau'uss's slave for a time, I could attempt to hide that desire, though it never left him. It festered like a boil,,, until he met you." He whispered the last words into Bink's ear, his steps having lead him out from the pool and to the Seer's side. "You Seer... whose presence calms all."

Bink shifts his weight, his body feeling numb. he couldn't even feel if he were holding Deo's hand anymore or not. He understood it.. too well and didn't understand anything at all. The more the words echoed in his mind, the more he wished he never spoke up at all. " ...but... Jehan still collects death songs... i don't..." he sighed out and held himself with both his hands. He was still hold Deo's hand too and entangled her arm with his own. "... why are you telling me this?!"

Deo pales nearly to white when Shee mentions the Song to Destroy the World, shaking her head in horror as if such a thought were anathema to all she is. She clings to Bink, forgetting she was supposed to support him as she becomes lightheaded in the presence of horror.

"You asked me why I bonded Remiel to Jehan. In order to explain it, You had to know the past, since you refuse to see it for yourself, Seer." He still spoke into Bink's body as he encircled him and Deo both. peering over her shoulder now, he grinning, emitting a low trill from his throat. "Jehan Only started to think about life to care about it, after he met you. You are a strange fae, Bink. You have no personal glamour about your physical being. I can sense that as I can sense the glamour that cakes Deoridhe's form. Yet.. inside you.... it is there.. the glamour. It is what draws people to you. It is... emotional. Were you to cry, those around you would feel compelled to sob with you. Should you laugh, others would feel and join in your joy. If you ever harbored anger or hate.... you would raise an army to destroy that which angered you. Yet that glamour.... is what drew Jehan to you and called hm back from Fading."

"...fading.... ?" Bink murmured. they swayed it felt, him and Deo, like twigs half hanging from the branch. clinging to each other as though in doing so they won't fall. " ....y-y-you mean... like dying?"

Deo starts when Shee trilles over her shoulder, fingers tightening on the fabric of Bink's clothes. She's breathing shallowly, fighting her own response to the horror she's now glimpsed. She is helped by the sudden and inescapable image of herself as a Glamour Cake fresh from the oven and lets out a high pitched, almost paniced giggle. There is mirth in there, somewhere. Maybe.

'Shee stood back and peered quizzically at Deo. "Strange that fear makes you so.... happy." He made sure to note the reaction for further tormenting. "Yes, when Fae cease to hold their love of the world and life.. they generally fade into nothingness, though a few are called towards the darkness abyss and mishapen into demons. Some of our eldest recordings note that many of the chaotic deities may have one time been Fae that instead of completely Faded.... were drawn to something else. Jehan.... was heading down that path. He could have become a demon. He still could. You are what holds him to this realm, and he is what keeps you safe. In that wretched sanguine's case, Jehan is drawn to his darkness as he is always drawn to the songs of the demons.. and the keep. but that vampire is destructive and with his tongue alone was clouding Jehan's judgements and compromising his sanities. Jehan needs his sanity to look after you. And if to keep it means I have to accept an undead into my Sithen as my own and protect him until my final breath, I would do so without thought or hesitation. To Keep Jehan sane and far from his path to darkness.... and to keep you and all my Fae safe."

"Why do you care!" he spat out finally. All the talkign about protecting him.. and caring. This was 'Shee. THe fae that tried to kill him.. TWICE. "You'd have sooner see me dead! Why this sudden change, 'Shee?" he stepped back, cradling Deo to himself. "You can't use me!"

Deo shifts back with Bink as he snarls at Shee, clearing enough space in her mind to drop a hand free of Bink and dig her nails into her thigh. The pain is grounding, reminding her enough of her own form, of the room around them, of Bink's trembling as he cradles her in his arms, to begin raveling herself back together. She lets out a long, low breath, some color returning to her skin, though the glamour coating her clothing seems somehow darker, now. Baseless and infinite.

"When you first came to us, You had a curse on you, and even I could not see through the foreign magics placed on you. You then compromised the fae with your presence. For all anyone knew. You could have been a demon. And then shortly after your curse was lifted, you were touched by the Shattered Prince and his minions.. another demon that means only harm to my fae. Forgive me for protecting them from your infinite vulnerabilities. You have grown since then, and have proven that you are no Shattered's toy anymore."

Bink didn't like Shee's logic. He never did. yet he couldn't argue with it either. He loosened his grip on deo, no longer feeling AS fearful as he had. He was still scared, but... he also... felt touched and found himself blushing. "..Runa had told me you spoke highly of me. I...i couldn't understand why. Part of me still doesn't.. .but... I guess thank you." He fidgetted in place, nibbling on his lower lip. "But Shee... i'm not a member of the Court anymore. I haven't since I decided to join the Mage Guild.. and now.. i may not complertely be a faithful Mage of the Guild.. i.. i live in the port. I care about its politics and well being...." He left out the anger he felt for the Nature goddess. that information wouldn't help.

Deo loosens her hold on Bink as well, breathing raggedly but no longer shallowly. She licks her lips, straightening but keeping her one arm wrapped around Bink, the other brushing at the red marks left on her leg, traces of blood staining her fingertips, before glamour makes her appear whole and unharmed.

"You could strip yourself and strap nothing but a loncloth and a pair of deer horns to your head and claim yourself a jolly old satyr, and you would still be a Fae of my Court. YOu may never think or feel so, but this will always be your home, Seer. We will always be your family. Fae live centuries. We can wait foryou to find yourself." He arched a brow, his eyes tracing over deo's form again as he grinned deviously to himself, " Just do naut expect us to sit by and watch. Fae never do well jsut watching." Meddlesome was a common trait of the fae.

Bink smiles faintly to his words. he could actually understand why some thought Shee to be kind. he had his moments, but then those moments felt like a dozing leopard. He was only being nice now... but he could easily rip them both to shreds laterm and probably would if the mood struck him right. "yeah, But Shee.... you really wouldn't do all that for other fae, would you? I mean.. you didn't treat Jeha nthat way all the time...."

Deo catches the edge of Shee's grin and flushes, the color doing wonders for making her look more as she usually does. She twitches a little, anger rising underneath in response to fear and embarrassment at being caught at the edge of control. She pets Bink's back instead of voicing her objections, though, panic withdrawn enough so she can once more enjoy - however temporarily - the ability to touch another fae and be touched in return.

"Only the pure bloods like yourself.. and Deoridhe there. Your spirits amake the Sithen stronger than a half breed." he shrugged, histwisted logic ringing out openly.

" oooh.." He understood that now. The bana'Shee was always big on preserving the Fae essence. He found himself pettign Deo's arm, rocking towards her with a calmer smile as he felt better after the trange talk. "... She...?" he asked timidly. "Can you bind me to remiel as yu did with Jehan?"

Deo leans into the petting, closing her eyes and letting it sooth her. She sighs a little, a frown tracing her face at the thought of Bink suffering like Jehan did from the stupidity of that... creature, and her fingers tighten on him. "He'll hurt you more, Bink," she says softly, her voice not quite steady.

"The lady is right." he chuckled cooly towards them both as he retreated back to the flowered perch at the pools edge. "Jehan..... feeds on pain enough that even when suffering fro mteh vampire's... greater stupid moments, he will not mind it at all and in fact... would probably enjoy the pain brought from the loud mouthed fool." He chuckled and hopped up onto his perch. "besides...You are a born Seer, Bink. Your gifts are not meant to be even partly 'felt' by the undead. in sharing a bond liek that with him.. could jeopardize the vampire's sanity and thus yours and jehan's life. That I cannot allow."

Bink lowers his ears and bobbles his head. "oh... ok.." it was that screwy logic that he couldn't fight again. yet even Deo shared that logic too. He leaned in and hugged onto the fae, and murmured towards her quietly, " Thank you.... and.. i'm sorry, Miss deoridhe. I never got to eat that pie you brought me..."

Deo turns fully towards Bink, embracing him and running her hands lightly over his back and shoulders. " She leans back a little, reluctantly, and says, "There is still most of the pie left. Only Marit and Jehan got a piece before.... the ...." she seems stuck for a word, finally ending on, "unpleasantness."

'Shee settles upon his flower, his eyes half closed as he speaks out towards them, "Now.. if you two are both done questioning me... may I have my privacy back?"

" OH!!" he blushed deeply and scooted back, deo in hand. "Right!! i'm so sorry about that, 'Shee. thank you for listening to us." He spoke frantically because he WAS. HE didn't desire to linger when the Unseelie wanted to be alone. "Want to go find pie in the Port, Miss Deoridhe?"

Deo babbles a little, emotions still tettering between pleasure and despair, "The port, yes, we could, I mean, it hasn't been so long since the last time they baked a pie but it could be ther,e or a different... one." She quiets herself, fingers tightening on Bink's hand and backing up with him.

'Shee snorted and closed his eyes fully as though expecting them to run screaming. though they couldn't see, he was grinning about it already.

"YES! that s-s-s-sounds.... wonderful!" He already was turnign and shuffling hurriedly away from the Ard Rhi. "Let's go!"

Deo back sup a few more steps, then remembers turning helps one not back into things and so does so, almost losing her balance on the stone floor. Her wings batt frantically; her hand tightens on Bink; she manages to stay upright, but there is definitley speed in her exit of the Sithen.
