So I was drawing with Adromaw on Opencanvas last night, after being awake for about 20-23 hours (Iol). I asked him who it is I should draw, and he said "Dyson". So I did!

- About me as a player:
- I have been writing stories since I was knee-high to a grasshopper, and I have been Role-Playing over the internet (through MUCKS, etc) since 1997.
SLRP has been a bit of an adjustment for me. :) I'm a hefty paragraph poster with a sustainable vocabulary, so forcing myself to write short posts and displaying according motions while writing said short posts has not only been incredibly fun but on a level of 'challenge' for me. lol! (Talk about irony, eh?)
I am very good at freestyle RP, regardless, and I can really adjust myself to any appropriate RP situation, with flare and self-appointed -style-. :D I roll with it and see what happens, and I can usually help start something interesting if something deep and interesting needs to be started, or keep something going if the RP grows stale, if need be.
As for more personal affects, I am a RL artist, animator, and graphic designer. I love to play video games, ride my bike, and 'other stuff'. :)

Want to keep up the cold winter effect?
I've created a simple icy-breath particle emitter for when people are traveling about outside and they want to add to the illusion of it being cold, but either don't own an emitter for that already, don't know how to make one or don't want to spend money on a simple particle emitter.
I'll give it away to Karamoon/Ravenscraig RPers for free, to help with the 'winter' effect. So if you want it, please IM me and I'll send one your way. :)

Heh well, I was watching one day in the near distant (LOL!) past a short interview from a member of the games industry and one thing cited as a need of a self-critical eye to determine when making a demo reel for example. One needs to understand what is good, didn't say it had to be perfect just that it has to be good. :D One day I'll get it right >.> one day.
except I don't know if I'd want to do characters as that is one thing they do want perfect LOL! and likely have someone for anyway *practices hard surface modelling - or something*

As far as finding my niche goes, I will say that Karamoon is the first fantasy-themed RP area in which has been completely (perhaps overly? lol!) inviting, and hasn't come running after me with the torches and pitchforks because I've wanted to play a character (a character that I always play) that's 'a little different' in appearance, character, and background.
(Well, at least the first fantasy-themed RP area that has a decent set of rules about RP to accompany it, too!)
I'm very much looking forward to getting much more involved in public RP here. I've already been having such a kick as everyone is very included. :D
