Ok but seriously... the name's Estrella (no last name) but she goes by Essie. She was born in a far away land as a human slave. A desert city to be more exact, and you can imagine her blond hair, fair skin, and blue eyes made her stick out immediately like nothing else would. It's because of these qualities she was trained as a dancer and musician.
As soon as training was complete she was bought up immediately by a Master and forced to leave her home as he traveled from city to city. She was sold and bought again and again, growing ever further from her desert home until she landed in Karamoon. The Keep of Karamoon to be more exact at which point she was freed and remained until a young satyr was able to change her heart.
From there she went into hiding at the request of her satyr lover. Staying in a cave with his father for several months, walking to the Port to run errands, and stealing nights alone with her love. But all good things must come to an end, the wastelands became unstable and she was forced to leave this home. Fortunately for her, satyrs look after their family, and she was family now.
You can still find her about in Karamoon, but it might come as a shock to how much she's changed.
As far as my character goes, she can be (oh let's face it) she is bubbly most of the time. Does that mean she's a bimbo or just plain dumb? No of course not. She just doesn't like to concentrate on the serious dark things that most people of Karamoon worry about. Her only mission, it seems, is to make people smile as she goes about doing her thing as only Essie can do it.
She's not a sex slave anymore fellas (despite her silks and brand)... now you have to go through all that trouble of wining and dining mumbo jumbo and even then it's not a guarantee! (What's a guy gonna do?)

I love a good roleplay. I even am willing to plan ahead and develop a story if you contact me.
Beyond that, I'm a secretive person behind the screen. I'm not saying I don't want to be your friend... buuuuut.... at this point in time I'm not too interested in being more than friends.
Since recent discussion I thought I'd clarify why that is. No, I'm not trying to be the big bad lone wolf Essie. The truth is, under all this finesse, I'm a very empathetic person. You know the type, the kind who get teary eyed at the mention of someone having a cold. So, yes I'd love to be your friend and get to know you and laugh and have fun, but I get a little protective of myself because I care way way tooooo much! Yes that's right, my argument is that I care too much so I must stay away. Really it's a stress thing. I don't want to get so wrapped up in someone else's life, someone I've never met in real life, and lose sleep, shed tears, and what ever unpleasantness that accompanies stress.
So that's why... I'm protecting myself because I know I take things way too far.
Oh I also feel the need to explain that I'm a shy person too. Which can compound with that "no real life" attitude and make me appear to be an isolationist. Truly I'm not, just scared and quiet and not wanting to offend people. But as this profile can show, once you get me going it's hard to get me to shush.
Hmm what else?
I have three cats, lotsa fish, a bird, and a dog.... and a hedgehog. Yes... I have enough now!

When the last petal falls....
As the sun rose above the mountains, the winds blow a sad song. The Sidhe Fae, Essie, is simply gone.
There is no note, no signs, nothing.... nothing but a red rose on her perfectly made bed.
"Goodbye Paeraes Vyri..." The winds sing.

"All Wyldlings were banned from the Port." The paper did declare. She smiled and slipped it under the request she made the night before for the Wyldlings to keep their distance from the Port until the tensions had settled.

There she sat, in the golden throne, looking down to her attacker. But her mind was more on the throne than anything else. The Fae Court had crumbled in before Estrella had taken over, and thus had spared the need to sit in any elaborated throne. But now....

My internets broke this morning, well not broke... the service decided to take it away because they saaaay I didn't pay my bill.... but the hole in my wallet says otherwise.

I can say amen to that - both things, grin. The usual response I get (SL/RL) is: "You? Shy? hahahahahahaha!" but it's true for me as well. But beware when I think I can be myself and bubble, lol. When there is no real reply, I shut up again though (eventually *blush*), cause then factor 1 goes into effect again: "oh, he/she is not interested, I'll tiptoe away".
I try to kick myself to get over the shyness, so that I can rp more freely.
SL is also a slow but great teacher for shy people I think - we see the sky does not fall on our heads when we speak to someone we don't know or are ourselves in plain view of others.
